Denver L. Carter III DPM a life- long resident of Magee, established Magee Family Foot Care in June 18, 2003. He returned home to Magee after completion of four years at Podiatry School in Miami, FL at Barry University followed by a comprehensive foot and ankle surgical residency of two years at St. Luke’ s hospital in Phoenix Arizona . Dr. Carter is board qualified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgeons. His practice is broad based in all aspects of Podiatric Medicine. Besides foot surgery, his clinical interests include athletic injuries such as heel pain, correcting ingrown toenails and providing diabetic foot care. Dr. Carter believes in treating patients as he would his own family, always with the best interest of the patient in mind.
Personal interests include hunting, fishing, and golf. His wife and best friend, Amarilys, is the CFO of Magee Family Footcare. They have two wonderful children Carson Jane and Denver IV.
Dr. Carter is a member of the Mississippi Podiatric Medical association as well as the American Podiatric Medical Association.
